This is a 7-week yoga program that is rooted around the 7 chakras. Each week is dedicated to a chakra so you can find self-growth and release any energy blockages that you may have. Each week comes with a yoga practice, a guided meditation, information on the chakra, journal prompts, and self-affirmations.
