From the confines of your own home, you can fully accomplish any goal and meet any standard with minimal to no equipment if you get creative with what you already have!
The Hotel/Travel Workout
Sometimes you might find yourself on the road for a business trip or other excursion, this is when the travel workout comes into play. Just like the home workout, a hotel has many of the benefits that your house may provide such as using furniture as equipment. Furthermore, traveling can offer other benefits, such as a hotel gym or a unique place to exercise. Many hotel gyms offer basic equipment in the form of dumbbell sets and cable machines along with cardio equipment to help keep you active. If a hotel gym is accessible, they are usually empty and open for 24 hours, allowing you to have it to yourself and exercise when it best fits your schedule. However if the hotel does not include a gym and you do not want to work out in your room, there is another opportunity to exercise. Do not be afraid to get out of the hotel and explore for an exercise spot. Many locations have amazing and beautiful workout destinations such as beaches and our last type of workout.
The Park Workout
Most every town has a public park that comes equipped with basic workout equipment and beautiful scenery. Here, you will be able to work your entire body in a motivating environment. Most parks not only have body weight equipment, but they also have plenty of room to run or even have a small trail or track to run on. You can also bring a mat or use the grass to have ample room for recovery and yoga. Getting outside under the sunshine and absorbing vitamin D is always a great solution for exercise when a gym is unavailable.
